JDB Physio continues to be open for face-to-face and online consultations.


JDB Physio continues to adhere to the Government, Public Health England (PHE) and chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) advice following their guidelines to minimise any potential contamination risk.


The clinic has made appropriate changes to the Physiotherapy appointments to suit these guidelines:

 

  • Appointments will be spaced out to have a 15-minute gap between appointments to avoid patient cross over.

  • All patients are asked to wait in their car or car park until their appointment time. Not to be turning up early.

  • All patients will be asked to complete a consent form and COVID-19 questionnaire prior to their appointment, which is sent out electronically and completed electronically.

  • All doors that can be left open will be and if not please allow therapist to open or close any door for you, minimising your contact with any unnecessary surfaces.

  • Your Physiotherapist will be wearing full PPE: single use apron, FFP2 mask and gloves.

  • Patients will have their temperature taken via an infrared thermometer on arrival.

  • All patients will be asked to wear a type IIR surgical mask for their appointment, this can be provided if you do not have your own.

  • All patients will be asked to wash/ sanitise their hands on arrival.

  • Thorough cleaning of treatment room, equipment and surfaces touched will be done between patients with Clinell Antibacterial wipes.

  • Pillowcases will be single use, there will be no material couch covers on the bed, just single use couch roll.
